At South Puget Sound Community College, learning is a collaboration of faculty, staff and all types of students and surrounding residents. Bringing together so many individuals to work towards one goal is a serious organizational task. Luckily, the college's highly adept administrative staff is leading the way! The community enrichment that results from this collaborative process starts at the top. After 25 years as president (the longest serving higher education president in Washington State), Kenneth J. Minnaert has retired, paving the way for our new president, Dr. Gerald Pumphrey. The thoughtful planning of the new president, backed by the hard-working staff of his office and the experienced board of trustees makes for a strong base from which faculty, students and community members alike can depend upon.
