Enhance customer service at South Puget Sound
South Puget Sound Community College is offers an evening class on costumer service for the upcoming winter quarter. The class, offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:15 to 7:30 p.m. focuses on creating and maintaining positive customer relations.
The class (BUS 140, Customer Service) will emphasize the importance of developing a service-oriented organization that fosters customer retention and loyalty.
