College presents student art exhibit

OLYMPIA, Washington – Come explore the artistic work of South Puget Sound students at a multimedia exhibit in the Gallery of the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts at South Puget Sound Community College. The exhibit runs May 12 through June 17, 2006. An artist reception is set for May 12th at 7:00 p.m.

The exhibit showcases the artistic talents and creativity of South Puget Sound Community College students through a variety of artistic media including ceramics, sculpture, drawing, painting, and printmaking.

The Center for the Arts Gallery is open from noon to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Visitor parking can be found one block south of the Center for the Arts, or daily-parking passes can be purchased for $2 at the college’s Mottman Rd. entrance. Admission to the Gallery is free.
