College announces classified staff employee of the year
South Puget Sound Community College is pleased to announce that Program Manager Larry Norris has been honored as the college’s classified staff employee of the year for 2006-07.
Norris, who has worked for the college since September 1998, earned the award because of his instrumental work publicizing the Automotive Program. He helped develop a marketing display and often visits high schools, job fairs and community activities to educate potential students about the program’s benefits. Also, in his time at South Puget Sound, Norris has developed a reputation for having a supportive, courteous manner with colleagues.
