Legendary comedy troupe Second City will bring its marquee touring show to the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts Oct. 29, as part of the college’s Artists and Lecture Series. Truth, Justice, or the American Way is a hilarious, smart and silly take on everything from current events to family life.

A recent performance of Truth, Justice, or the American Way was praised in the Pioneer Press for its ability to expose our societal foibles with “gleeful subversion and gloriously politically incorrect humor.”

While the current revue features some of the most exciting new comic talent in the country, former Second City cast members include Steve Carell, Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Amy Sedaris, Mike Myers and Rachel Dratch.

The performance will take place Oct. 29 at 8 p.m. on the main stage of the Minnaert Center on the South Puget Sound Community College campus. Tickets are $20 for general admission, $15 for seniors and $10 for students with valid identification. Tickets are available online at www.spscc.ctc.edu/CFA, or by calling (360) 596-5501. Tickets are also available at the door starting two hours before curtain.
