Bells of the Sound to ring at South Puget Sound Community College
On Dec. 16 at 8 p.m., South Puget Sound Community College’s Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts hosts the merry chiming of Bells of the Sound, a nationally acclaimed hand bell ensemble.
Performing on 84 Malmark hand bells and 60 Malmark hand chimes, the group of 15 auditioned musicians will fill the Minnaert Center’s main theater with and immerse audience members in the sounds of the season. Tickets can be purchased by calling 360-596-5501 Tuesdays through Saturdays, noon to 5 p.m. or at www.spscc.ctc.edu/CFA. Prices are $20 for general admission, $15 for seniors and South Puget Sound staff, and $10 for students.
