Jeff Coffin collaborates with North Thurston High School jazz band for performance at South Puget Sound Community College
Jeff Coffin, a saxophonist and composer, will perform at South Puget Sound Community College’s Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts at 8 p.m. on Jan. 19. North Thurston High School’s jazz band will serve as his back line.
Coffin, a two-time Grammy Award-winning member of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, has traveled the world performing with an array of musicians. He has shared the stage and the recording studio with the Dave Matthews Band, Branford Marsalis, Garth Brooks, Phish and Van Morrison. Coffin is sponsored by Yamaha.
