South Puget Sound Community College offers Saturday career planning workshop

South Puget Sound Community College will hold a career planning workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on May 10 and May 17 in Bldg. 22, Room 206. Those who register need to attend the session on each Saturday.

During the workshop, which will be taught by College Counselor Sally Sharbaugh, individuals will find career paths that fit them by exploring their values, interests and personality styles. In addition, they will receive two career inventories, strategies for researching job information and tips about possible training opportunities at the college.

Pre-registration is required and can be done by calling 360-596-5261. Individuals can register up to May 9 or until the workshop is full. Space is limited.

The cost, which covers the career inventories and workshop materials, is $25 for current South Puget Sound students and $40 for everyone else.
