Artists sought for Juried Art Exhibit
The gallery at South Puget Sound Community College’s Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts welcomes entries for the 2008 Regional Juried Art Exhibit, which showcases works by artists from western Washington. The prospectus and entry form are available at www.spscc.ctc.edu/CFA or by calling 360-596-5508.
Artists must submit an exhibition résumé, artist statement and one to three slides or on-disc images of recent work that gives an accurate indication of the art they intend to enter in the exhibit. For each piece, they should include the title, medium, dimensions and completion date. A self-addressed, stamped envelope should also be included for the return of materials. Proposals must be either hand delivered or mailed to:

Proposals are due by Dec. 7. The Center for the Arts Gallery Committee will review them and respond to artists by Dec. 20.
The 2008 Regional Juried Art Exhibit opens with an artists’ reception from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Jan. 4 and runs through Jan. 31.
