Returning Student Checklist
Welcome Back! The following checklist will assist you in returning to South Puget Sound Community College after an absence of two or more quarters.
- Step 1: Update Admission

- Re-apply online, or submit an Admissions/Registration form in-person or via mail.
- If no changes have been made since we’ve last seen you, please come in to Enrollment Services in bldg 25 to fill out an Add/Drop form during appropriate registration times. To view registration times, see our Admission and Registration Calendar.
- Step 2: See an Advisor

- After updating your admissions records, schedule an advising session. Advisory can be reached by email at advising@spscc.ctc.edu, by phone at (360) 596-5261 or by coming in to Student Support Services in building 25.
- Additional Steps:

- If you haven’t taken the Placement Test and are enrolling in math or English courses, or enrolling in 12 or more credits, or are seeking to pursue a degree or certificate, take the Placement Test. For more information about the Placement Test visit the Testing Center. If you have taken previous college courses in math or English, you may be eligible to waive the Placement Test. See an advisor to obtain a test waiver.
- If you have previous college level courses or are seeking Financial Aid, complete the Transfer of Credit Application.
