- Treatment is provided by licensed dentists, and licensed dental hygienists.
- Extractions (limited)
- Root Canal treatment (very limited)
- Bleaching trays and night guards
Dentures and complex cases beyond our scope are not available. Referrals are provided.
Patients are screened to assess their dental needs and to match those needs with our scope of care and learning environment.
Appointments for new patient exams are made by calling (360) 596-5464. If an appointment is not available, we will take your name and phone number and notify you when an appointment becomes available.
A patient's first appointment will be an initial examination, during which a complete health history, oral inspection, blood pressure and set of x-rays are reviewed to determine the recommended treatment.
Our fees are about 30% less than private offices and we accept most insurance.
Payment is due at time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and Visa or Master Card.
We do not have a sliding fee schedule.
As of January 2015 we are no longer a Medicaid provider but we do offer an additional fee reduction for confirmed Apple Health Medicaid patients. This applies to Medicaid covered benefits only.
