Small businesses provide the backbone of our economy; their success greatly impacts our community’s financial health. As a leader in community education, South Puget Sound Community College supports small business management knowledge and skill building through the Small Business Development Center.

Experienced counselors provide a full-range of professional assistance to small business owners and managers as a free and confidential service. Co-located with the Thurston County Economic Development Council at 665 Woodland Square Loop SE, Suite 201 in Lacey, the SBDC is funded by the college in partnership with Washington State University and the U.S. Small Business Administration. It is part of the statewide SBDC network and affiliated with SBDCs nationwide.
