During the remaining hours of the Accounting Lab, the Lab Assistant acts as a resource person available to answer questions from anyone who is in the Lab studying, but does not devote his or her time exclusively to any one person.

Counselors are available to help students learn how to be more successful in class and with homework. We can teach students test taking strategies, how to manage test anxiety, time management, how to set and achieve realistic goals, and study techniques. We are your study skill coaches on campus! This type of study skills counseling is available by appointment or during our drop-in hours. We also offer workshops each quarter on different success strategy topics. Call, email, or drop-in to schedule an appointment or to meet with a counselor during drop-in service hours. Our drop-in hours and additional information about our services is on-line at spscc.ctc.edu/current-students/services/counseling.
