Withdrawal Policy
Students unable to attend the first class day of the quarter must notify the instructor or risk the possibility of being dropped from the class. Classes dropped before the tenth class day are not recorded on student transcripts.
- Web Registration ends at 5 P.M. on the 4th day of the quarter.
- All Add/Drop/Withdrawals must be done in person after the 4th day of the quarter.
- Classes registered for after the fourth (4th) instructional day of the quarter require instructor and Division Dean signatures
- Classes registered for after the tenth (10th) instructional day of the quarter require instructor and Division Dean signatures, a Late Add Petition along with a $100 per class fee
- Pre-requisite overrides need instructor and Division Dean signatures
- Auditing a class needs instructor signature before the tenth (10th) instructional day of the quarter
- Financial Aid Students must provide proof of attendance prior to withdrawing from any classes.
- Download the Add Drop Form and submit to Enrollment Services with the required signatures.
