Step 3: Take the Placement Test
  • The Placement Test is a tool to locate a student’s appropriate academic level. If a student is pursuing a certificate or degree, enrolling in 12 or more credits, or taking English or math, they will need to take the placement test. All placement testing is done on a walk in basis. View the testing calendar on the Testing Center Page for dates and times.
Step 4: Advising & Registration

Attend a New Student Advising and Registration Session (NSAR) to assist with choosing classes, deciding on a degree, and long term planning of your education. NSAR sessions are all walk in and run in a two hour block. Please be prepared to spend the full two hours with us. For more information about NSAR please go to the New Student Advising page where you can view our calendar and see what you can expect from your session.

Step 5: Pay Tuition/Fees
  • To complete the registration process, pay your tuition/fees in building 25 at the Cashier’s office or pay online. For questions regarding tuition/fees and payments, view the Tuition Policy or contact the Cashier’s office at (360) 596-5265.
