Student Verifications
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student records and cannot be released without written permission and photo identification.
A student requesting their information must provide a photo ID (ex: driver's license, ASB, passport, military ID, etc) at the time of submitting their request. If a student submits a request electronically, a copy of their photo ID must be present with the request form. Please note if photo ID is not readable, your request may be denied until a readable copy is provided.
Requests are to be submitted to Enrollment Services using one of the following methods:

South Puget Sound Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide instant Enrollment Verifications and Verifications of Degree/Certificate.
