SPSCC Choirs Celebrate 15th Anniversary in March Concert
The South Puget Sound Community College Concert Choir and Puget Sound Community Choir are celebrating their 15th anniversary in style. The choirs will sing Fifteenth Anniversary Favorites on Wednesday, March 12 at the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts.
The concert will consist of a variety of favorite selections the choirs have performed across their 15 years. The choirs began in winter quarter of 1999. The concert choir is the for-credit class choir at SPSCC, while the community choir is the College’s Community Education choir (not for credit). Molly McNamara will be the choir conductor, and Jennifer Hermann the piano accompanist. The concert will also feature guest instrumentalists.
The concert begins at 7 p.m. at the Minnaert Center Main Stage. The concert is free, but donations to the choirs can be made at the door.
