The South Puget Sound Community College Concert Choir plans to take music lovers on a journey around the globe and back again this March. Far Away and Home Again will take place March 13 at the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts.

The concert will feature songs from Japan, Venezuela, Africa, Serbia and England, with many in their respective countries' languages. But before concertgoers can get homesick, the choir will bring the focus back with selections including “Homeward Bound,” “The Road Home,” and “Already Home” (from “The Wizard of Oz”).

The concert is Wednesday, March 13 at 7 p.m. The South Puget Sound Community College Concert Choir and The Puget Sound Community Choir will be directed by Molly McNamara with Jennifer Hermann as the piano accompanist.

Tickets to the concert are $10.50 for adults, $8 for seniors and students with ID, and $5.50 for children 12 years old and younger. Tickets will be available online at OlyTix.org, or by calling (360)753-8586. More information is available online at www.spscc.ctc.edu/music.
