South Puget Sound Community College is hosting its 26th Annual Career Day on Thursday, May 8.

More than 60 employers across a variety of fields and industries will be on hand to share career information with students, recruit new employees, conduct informational interviews, and more. The WSECU Center for Career Services hosts the event and will be on hand to provide information and resources to students. These resources include job search strategies, resume review, interviewing techniques, and more. Career Day also offers job hunters the opportunity to network with businesses in the Thurston County community.

The Career Day event begins at 10 a.m., and runs through 2 p.m. The event is held in the college’s gymnasium (Building 31), and is open to the public.

All prospective job hunters are encouraged to dress professionally for possible on-the-spot interviews and bring copies of their resume.

WSECU Center for Career Services resources are available in The Center for Student Success (building 22), Suite 250. For more information, contact Lynn Ouellet of the Center for Career Services at (360) 596-5567 or via e-mail at .
