Jul 3rd, 2013 Crosby Loop Construction Update
Beginning Monday, July 8, the fences will take on new positions in the Crosby Road bus loop, that has been undergoing construction since mid-June. This will return walkways to more familiar routs, ending the walking detour that had foot traffic travel through Parking Lot E. This new path will be across the newly paved loop, in the middle of two long fencing stretches. The route should be considerably easier to navigate for those with disabilities.
That construction will change some parking areas however, as Parking Lot E and the lower portion of Parking Lot F will be closed.
The college is replacing two stormwater vaults in the loop during this project. That replacement is part of a separate project to replace four stormwater vaults. The other two vaults, located near the Technical Education Center/Dental Clinic (Building 34) and in Parking Lot D, will be replaced during July and August.
