Refund Policy

A student must officially withdraw from a class to receive a refund. Refunds take five to ten business days to process.

• Withdrawals during the first five (5) instructional days of the quarter receive a 100% refund
• Withdrawals occurring from the sixth (6th) through the twentieth (20th) calendar day of the quarter receive a 40% refund
• Withdrawals occurring after the twentieth (20th) calendar day of the quarter receive no refund

Students receiving financial aid assistance must consult with Student Financial Services prior to withdrawing. Students receiving Educational Benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs will have enrollment changes reported directly to the DVA.

Last day for 100% refund

• Summer Quarter 2008 - June 26, 2008
• Fall Quarter 2008 - September 26, 2008
• Winter Quarter 2009 - January 9, 2009
• Spring Quarter 2009 - April 10, 2009

Last day for 40% refund

• Summer Quarter 2008 - July 7, 2008
• Fall Quarter 2008 - October 10, 2008
• Winter Quarter 2009 - January 23, 2009
• Spring Quarter 2009 - April 24, 2009
